 The latest actions of female suicide bombers show that the face of Wahhabi terrorism is that of the Russian girl. In 2011, it was the face of Mary Khorosheva, who blow up a police station in the Dagestani village of Gubden. In late August 2012 it was the face of Alla Saprykina, who killed Sheikh Saeed Effendi Chirkey. The beginning of 2013 was marked by the name Alena Bykova. 19-year-old Alena, who lived in the city of Volzhsky, never managed to blow anyone up, but she was involved in matters that were far from harmless: she recruited through social media Russian girls for ‘pure Islam’ and its subsequent war against the infidels ‘on the path of Allah’. Even if only judged by these facts, the conclusion suggests itself: Wahhabi thugs have their own special plans for Russian suicide bombers.
The nature of these plans can be summarized as follows. The Russian female Wahhabi is not simply some zombie puppet trained to push the button on a suicide vest, but an active, speaking tool that can not only blow things up, but is able to actively promote of the ideas of ‘correct Islam’ among girls of all nationalities inside Russia. The ‘Russianness’ of this recruiter is the main guarantee of success for this enterprise, and dogma coming from the mouth of a Russian sister sees more productive results. “I’m a Russian woman and was betrayed my government, my priests, and cops. They betrayed you, too. The true purpose of life is only Jihad along the path of Allah, self-sacrifice and the garden of paradise.” This was the sermon of Wahhabi girl Maria Khorosheva, wife of a mujahideen named Vitaly Razdobudko. In the Jamaat (political Islam) there are neither Russians nor non-Russians, only sisters in the faith. Russian adherents to the Jamaat differ only in their higher degree of zeal and activity. Thanks to their fervor, Russian Wahhabi girls are often selected over their non-Slavic sisters. If a Russian girl successfully blows herself up, her name becomes one that other suicide bombers speak with a sense of awe. “Our Russian sister became a martyr in the way of Allah,” they say, dreaming of repeating her acts. If a girl suddenly quits in the middle of training, they shake her and say: “Do you want to give us up to the FSB? They won’t have pity on you, don’t even think about it. You need to hate this world. Just do your job and pray that you quickly end up in paradise.” Mary Khorosheva spoke these words to a pregnant ‘sister’ who did not wish to blow herself up. As the experts put it, there has been an observed increase in the number of Russian Wahhabi women. “I believe that the Islamization of Russian girls is largely the result of the poor performance of the Russian Orthodox Church and officials who do not pay enough attention of Russian youth,” stated Ruslan Gereev, director of the Center for Islamic Studies of the Northern Caucasus during an interview with ‘Bolshoi Kavkaz’. “There is no spiritual protection of the Russian population anywhere. Because of this, Russians are the first to fall victim to alcohol, drugs, and totalitarian sects, and are prone to attack from the virus of radical Islam. Spiritual insecurity pushes Russian girls to the Jamaat, and turns them into suicide bombers. Their number will only increase, as emissaries of the jihadists have special plans for Russian girls.
