In four years the number of terrorist attacks in Russia has decreased by 15  Interior Ministry chief Rashid Nurgaliyev said that over the past four years the number of terrorist attacks in Russia has decreased by 15, according to 'RIA Novosti'.Speaking on November 28th in Moscow at the enlarged meeting of the military council of Interior Ministry forces, Nurgaliyev noted that in 2003 there were 561 terror attacks recorded, while during the first nine months of 2007 there have been 38.
