 Sappers on Monday defused an improvised explosive device at the State Theatre and Concert Hall in Grozny, a source in the region's law enforcement agency stated.According to the source a metal box with a bomb was found about six o'clock in evening on Dagestan Street #75. The bomb consisted of a plastic canister filled with 6 kilograms of TNT, and shrapnel elements in the form of pieces of valves, nuts, bolts, and a Nokia-brand mobile phone.
