| 'Beslan Mothers' unable to meet with Medvedev |

 A meeting between the head of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, and the 'Beslan Mothers' organization, which represents victims of the September 2004 terrorist attack, never took place.As reported by YuGA.ru, the meeting was to be held today, on May 5th, and two representatives of the organization — Susanna Dudiyeva and Elvira Tuaeva — had flown to Moscow the day before especially for this meeting. At the meeting with Medvedev they intended to discuss the investigation of the terrorist attack, assistance to victims, and offer their advice in the fight against terrorism. According to 'Beslan Mothers' member Annetta Gadieva, the president had urgent business to attend to, and so the meeting was postponed. When it will take place is still unknown. Susanna Dudiyeva and Elvira Tuaeva will return today to North Ossetia, according to 'Caucasian Knot'. In 'Yuga.ru'  Add as favourites (88) | Views: 634 |
