On receiving a report, I arrived at morgue #10 of the bureau of SMEh KZ (Forensic Medical Examiners, Health Committee) for the city of Moscow, and in the presence of witnesses:

With the participation of Forensic Medical Examiner N. P. Glukh and M. A. Anyushiny, a criminologist from the regional interior ministry, and in accordance with Articles 164, 177, and 178 of the UPK RF (Criminal Codex of the Russian Federation), an examination of the corpse was conducted.

Before the start of the examination the participating persons had their rights and responsibilities explained to them, as well as the organization of the examination of a corpse.

In addition, before the start of the examination, the witnesses had their rights and responsibilities stipulated by Article 60 of the UPK RF explained to them.
