Lenta.ru On Tuesday, May 29th, the Beslan court granted a petition on amnesty for three former chiefs of the regional department of the interior ministry (ROVD) for the right-bank district (East Beslan). Miroslav Aidarov, Taimuraz Murtazov, and Guram Dryaev had been convicted of negligence leading to the deaths of people as a result of the act of terror in Beslan, according to RIA News. |
