Власти будут настаивать, чтобы террористы не отпускали заложников, разделяя их на иностранцев и россиян

Officials will insist that in the future the terrorists must release all the hostages, and not separate them into foreigners and citizens of Russia.  RIA ‘News’ reported this after a briefing to journalists by the official representative of the public affairs office of the FSB

Ignatchenko stressed that the first to be released should be women and children, who have it worse than the rest.

The public affairs representative noted that the terrorists have still not made contact, although a group of foreign diplomats, whose citizens are among the hostages, have arrived and are in the “waiting mode”.

Earlier the terrorists declared that they could release the foreign hostages if the foreign ambassadors would participate in the procedure.

Negotiations were schedules for 9:00 a.m., but later changed to 11:00 a.m. Moscow time.  With regards to this, Sergey Ignatchenko explained that the negotiation process is complicated.

There is hot water in the building where the terrorists are holding the hostages, and all systems are working, noted Ignatchenko.
