“Nord-Ost” organization demands that charges be brought against those they feel are  responsible for the deaths of hostages during the  terror act at Dubrovka.

According to the organization’s director, Tatiana Karpova, next week they will make the corresponding petition to the (Russian) General Prosecutor’s Office.

In October of 2002, as a result of the terror act in the theatrical center at Dubrovka and an operation carried out by the armed forces, more than 130 hostages died.
